Getting Started

Once you have reviewed and signed our standard agreement, we immediately begin the setup process,which includes:

  • ordering setup data from our vendors; 
  • setting up electronic submitter numbers (we will immediately be able to bill most carriers on paper while we wait to receive electronic numbers); 
  • verifying all provider information with carriers, such as provider numbers, TIN, practice location addresses and pay-to addresses; 
  • prepare customized superbill(s); 
  • help to create connection between your office and our database, which will allow you to use a patient scheduling software and to have access to your patients’ data at all times;
  • train you and your personnel to work with our medical billing & management software.
