Providers contracted with PMB are offered, free of charge, professional enrollment and credentialing services, which include:

• Initial enrollment with carriers
• Re-credentialing
• Change of information, such as practice moving to another location or adding another location
• Changing tax ID number
• Adding providers to existing practice
• Deleting provider from existing practice
