At PMB, we never underestimate the importance of well-trained and efficient front desk personnel. Therefore, we make every effort to train both providers and their staffs to better handle the day-to-day operations of a medical practice. Our training includes:  working with patient scheduler and superbills, analyzing patient forms,  getting in contact with carriers in order to check eligibility, deductibles, and receiving prior approvals and authorizations.
